Who we are
Hermitage Property Management is a trading name of Hermitage Park Services Ltd, incorporated in Scotland, company no. SC875166, registered office 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh EH2 4AN. What we collect
- Enquiries: name, email, phone, property postcode and details you send through our estimate form or by email.
- Property owners: contact details, property and licence details, bank details for payouts, and records of our work for you.
- Guests: names, contact details, booking dates and any details needed for check-in, damage claims or add-on orders, received from booking platforms or from you directly.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare an estimate (your consent and our legitimate interests).
- To deliver our services under our agreement with owners, and to manage guest stays (contract).
- To meet legal duties such as short-term let licensing, visitor levy, tax and accounting (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
Booking platforms, our property management and accounting software providers, payment providers, and contractors who carry out work at a property, each only as needed. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 2 years. Owner and guest records: 6 years after the end of the relationship or stay, for tax and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@hermitage-property.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
